The table above ranks every casino we have reviewed by one score out of 100. The score comes from six factors with fixed weights, and every input comes from the casino’s own published pages or a regulator’s public register. No casino can pay for a higher position.
A high score means the casino’s published terms are strong. It does not mean the casino is licensed in Malaysia: none of the online casinos here are.
How we rank the casinos
Every casino gets the same data sheet: licence claims, operator, payment methods and limits, welcome bonus terms, game providers, apps and support. We score six factors from that sheet:
| Factor | Weight |
|---|---|
| Trust and licensing | 25% |
| Payments | 20% |
| Bonus value | 20% |
| Games | 15% |
| Mobile | 10% |
| Support | 10% |
The full points rubric is on our methodology page. We research and compare; we do not play-test, so withdrawal times are shown as each casino states them.
Five checks before you sign up anywhere
- Look for a licence number, not just a logo. Many sites show regulator badges with no number. If you can’t check it, treat the licence as unverified.
- Find the official domain. Malaysian casino brands change domains often, and clone sites copy them. Use the domain the casino names on its own homepage.
- Work out the real betting needed. A “100% bonus” at 18x on deposit plus bonus needs RM3,600 of bets on a RM100 deposit. Use our turnover calculator.
- Check withdrawal limits and rules. Look at the minimum withdrawal, any daily cap, and whether you must bet your deposit before withdrawing.
- Match your payment method. Touch ’n Go, DuitNow and online banking are common, but limits differ. Compare them on our payments page.
What “Licence unverified” means
A casino gets this badge when it names a regulator but publishes no licence number we can check on that regulator’s register. Its label is capped at Fair, even if its payments and games score highly.
Knowing who runs a site matters more than a fast payout claim. If something goes wrong, an unidentified operator gives you nowhere to complain.
Online casinos and Malaysian law
Malaysia licenses only a few land-based operators, such as the Genting casino and the 4D lotteries. Online casinos are not licensed in Malaysia, and gambling is prohibited for Muslims under Syariah law.
The government said in February 2026 that it is drafting a new law against illegal online gambling. Casino games also carry a built-in house edge, so over time you should expect to lose more than you win.
Frequently asked questions

The casino at the top of our table has the highest score on our six-factor formula this month. 'Best' depends on what matters to you, so compare the turnover, payment methods and licence details in each review rather than the rank alone.

What does 'Licence unverified' mean?
The casino names a licence or regulator but publishes no licence number we could check on that regulator's public register. We cap these casinos at 'Fair' whatever their total score.
How often is the ranking updated?
We re-check every casino's bonus, payment and withdrawal pages monthly. Each review shows the date it was last checked, and scores change when the terms change.
