But 1xBet’s Malaysian site shows no licence, licence number or operating company anywhere we or our team could find. So we cap it at Fair, with a “Licence unverified” badge.
Which is the official 1xBet site?
1xBet’s Malaysian site is malay.1xbet.com, which titles itself “1xBet Malaysia | Official Online Betting Site”. 1xBet also runs regional sites such as 1xbet.mobi.
Google results for “1xbet malaysia” also showed third-party “login” and “promo code” pages. Start from the official site, and never log in through a link from a chat group or ad.
How to register and claim a bonus
- Choose Registration on the Malaysian site.
- Choose your bonus: sports or the casino package.
- Make your first deposit: at least RM10 for the sports bonus or RM50 for the casino package.
- For the sports bonus, place accumulators with at least three events at odds of 1.40 or higher. Other bets don’t count.

1xBet bonuses and free credit
1xBet offers a sports bonus and a two-deposit casino package, and taking the sports bonus ends the casino package. Both apply their wagering to the bonus alone: 5 times for sports, within 30 days of registering, and 25 times for casino, within 7 days.

The sports bonus needs little betting, but every qualifying bet must be an accumulator of three or more selections, and handicap and total bets don’t count. Accumulators multiply the bookmaker’s margin: if each leg carries a 5% margin, a three-leg accumulator costs you about 14% of the stake on average. Once the wagering is done, bonus money moves to your main balance only up to the bonus amount; anything above that is lost.
The casino package pays 100% on a first deposit from RM15, or 200% from RM300, up to RM6,088 with up to 200 free spins. The second deposit adds 75% from RM60, or 150% from RM150, up to RM3,800 with up to 150 free spins. A RM100 first deposit gets RM100 of bonus, and you then need 25 x RM100 = RM2,500 in bets within 7 days, with bets of no more than RM30 counting. After that, bonus money moves to your main balance only up to the original bonus amount. Casino games have a built-in house edge, so over time you should expect to lose more than you win.

Games
1xBet’s Malaysian site lists sports (including live, virtual and “fast bet” markets), esports, live casino, slots, poker, Lotto and Toto, TV games, bingo and fishing games.
It advertises “over 5,000 online casino games” but names no game providers on its Malaysian homepage. Its Asia site shows own-brand “1xLive” tables for roulette, baccarat and dragon tiger. Because no providers are named, 1xBet scores lower on games than casinos that list them.
1xBet app
1xBet offers an Android app, an iPhone app and play in a mobile browser.
The Android app is an APK downloaded from the site, and the guide tells you to “allow app installs from unknown sources”. For iPhone, the guide says to change your Apple account’s country to Colombia, using “a Colombia address you will obtain from 1xBet Malaysia”, and then download the app from that App Store.
That means giving Apple an address that isn’t yours. Never install a “1xBet APK” from a chat group or “latest version” site either. Read our guide to spotting fake casino APKs.
Customer support
1xBet’s contacts page says support is online 24/7. It lists a Malaysian toll-free number (1800 812 889), a Telegram support bot and an email address. The site is available in English, Malay and Chinese.
Is 1xBet legit?
We couldn’t find a licence or company behind 1xBet’s Malaysian site. Its footer shows no licence logo, licence number or company name, and its About page gives no legal entity. Its Asia site shows only “Copyright © 2026 «1xBet»”.

Our verdict
On payments alone, 1xBet beats every casino we’ve compared: RM5 deposits, no fees and fast stated withdrawals. But it tells Malaysian players nothing about who runs it, and its iPhone route asks you to use a foreign App Store with an address it supplies.
